Love Food Hate Waste July school holiday cooking classes

Proudly supported by

Did you know that around one third of the average Brisbane wheelie bin is food waste? With simple behaviour changes in the kitchen we can all make a difference and easily reduce this waste.

Be a part of our great Love Food Hate Waste cooking workshops these school holidays!  Participants will learn to make better food choices, helping to reduce waste while learning to cook great dishes like individual fruity bread and butter puddings, fresh tomato bolognese bakes and hearty cheesy toasted sandwiches ( * this class not suitable for GF or DF options).

The classes will be held in our commercial-class kitchen at The Gap and are suitable for 10-16 year olds. We are proud to be working with Brisbane City Council to bring you these classes at the highly subsidised price of $19 per child.Book through our online booking form now.

At the end of the two-hour class, participants will take home their cooked meal to share with family or friends.
